Internal Job Process
Requirements
FFHC management is committed to providing existing qualified employees with the opportunity to apply for vacancies within the Company. The employee interested in another vacancy within the Company must take the initiative to inform his/her supervisor of the intent to apply for another position.

The employee must be in good standing with their performance and must have been employed with FFHC for a minimum of 6 months. The employee will be given the opportunity to apply, and if not selected, FFHC shall seek candidates elsewhere.
​
If the FFHC employee is selected for the vacant position, FFHC shall provide written documentation of the new job description, salary range, and make the necessary payroll changes for the selected employee.

Application Decision

If you are chosen after successful interview(s), you will receive an offer letter with a start date. Your current manager will also be notified.
